We grow food. And people.
xFarm Technologies was born in the field — literally. Created by farmers for farmers, we are an independent tech company building the most comprehensive platform for the digitalisation of the agri-food sector. Today, 600,000+ farms across 16 million hectares in more than 100 countries rely on us every day to manage their business more efficiently and sustainably. Our platform is built around five pillars: Farm Management, Agronomy, Precision Farming, Connectivity, and Sustainability.
Behind every great tech company, there is a great People team. We are looking for a People & Organization Intern to join our P&O team in Milan and help us build the HR function of a fast-growing, purpose-driven, global agritech company.
This is not a coffee-and-photocopies internship.
You will be hands-on from day one, working alongside a small, highly skilled team that runs the full spectrum of HR — from recruiting top talent globally to shaping how the company is organised and how its people thrive. We call this a Full-stack HR model: instead of being siloed in one area, you will get real exposure to all the key domains of a modern People function.
If you are passionate about people, curious about tech, and ready to learn fast in a real-world environment — this is where you start your HR career.

Who you are
You have recently completed a Master's Degree — preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Data Analysis, or Law — and you are eager to put theory into practice in a high-growth tech company.
Beyond the degree, what really matters to us:
You are genuinely curious about how tech organisations work, and excited by the agritech world
You have strong analytical skills and love diving deep into a problem
You can process a lot of information quickly and learn on the fly
You are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
You are a people person — empathetic, communicative, and a natural networker
You bring energy, positivity, and a hands-on attitude to everything you do
You are trustworthy and discreet when handling sensitive data and confidential information
You are fluent in Italian and English (our working language is English)
It would be a bonus if you:
Have any previous experience in HR, recruiting, or People processes that you found meaningful
Already use AI tools in your daily work (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, and others)
Have had some exposure to HRIS or ATS platforms
Have a basic understanding of European or Brazilian labour law
What we offer
6-month internship — available as both curricular and extracurricular, compliant with Italian regulations
€600 net/month internship allowance
Hybrid working: 2 remote days per week after a successful onboarding phase
A front-row seat inside a high-growth, impact-driven global company
Real responsibilities and real learning — not just support tasks
A small, welcoming team where your contribution genuinely matters
